Mama's One Sauce, a sauce for all foods, comes in three flavors - MILD, SPICY, FIRE and is perfect for any dish from fish, seafood, pasta, vegetables, wraps, beef, dip. It may be used as a condiment, marinade, dipping, cooking agent, ingredient base, and so much more! It goes on anything!

It is flavored by the culture of Harlem. Harlem is rich with good music, good food, and good times. The Mama Company of New York was established in 1998. A portion of proceeds shared from Mama's One Sauce benefits Mama Foundation for the Arts, A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit.
